Clarity comes before decoration

A visitor should quickly understand what you do, who the service is for and what to do next. Broad claims and repeated promotional sections can make that harder. Use a clear introduction and specific descriptions of the problems you help solve.

Show relevant work

Give each project enough context to be useful: the business, the scope being shown and a real next step. Avoid unsupported numbers or features that were never delivered. A concise, accurate project story is more useful than an impressive but vague claim.

Reduce the effort to get in touch

Use understandable field labels, useful validation and an enquiry form that asks only for relevant information. Tell visitors what happens after they submit. Confirm success only when the message has actually been accepted by the delivery system.

Review the mobile journey

Check navigation, text size, images and forms on a small screen. Make sure motion does not block reading or interaction. Test every important route, including the page a visitor sees when a link is wrong.
